CAROLINE CHAMBERS X STATIONÆRY WORKSHOP – $85

Teaming up with local Author, Caroline Chambers of the Just Married Cookbook to teach Stationæry at home. She’s the master at making cooking in your own kitchen approachable and delicious. She is going to demonstrate some of Stationæry’s favorites and how to adapt them for a home kitchen.

TUSCAN TRADITIONS WITH BREAD: CROSTINI, BRUSCHETTA, PANZANELLA & ZUPPA – $55

We will explore and taste many uses for bread for a traditional Tuscan Menu. Includes house wine, recipes and a jar of soffritto to take home.

Thursday, January 23 from 6:00 – 7:30pm 

PASTA WITH A PARENT – $65

Join the Carmel Youth Center in the Sur La Table Educational Kitchen for an Italian adventure! We will teach you and your child how to create homemade gnocchi and handmade butter. These dishes will be paired with Pomegranate Lemonade (Terlato Wines will be paired with this meal for anyone ages 21 and over.) Sign up early as space is limited to 8 adults, each with one child. If parents have a second child who would like to attend, please contact Jessica at jfaddis@carmelyouth.org to see if there can be an accommodation. This event is for children ages 8 and up with a parent. Price is for the duo.

ALL ABOUT OYSTERS WITH ROBBIE TORRES, FROM OCEAN FRESH SEAFOODS – $45

Do you want to be an Oyster Connoisseur? Come learn from the best, Robbie Torres, from Ocean Fresh Seafoods. This event will teach you everything you need to know about how to shuck, cook, serve, and enjoy these delicacies! Event dishes will be paired with Oyster Bay Saigon Blanc from Marlboro.

 

Saturday, January 25 from 9 am – 11:30 am

 

JUNIOR CHEFS – BRUNCH WITH A CRUNCH! – $32

This kids-only event, hosted by the Carmel Youth Center, is for children ages 8-14 years old. A crunchy twist to a breakfast favorite, the children will be preparing cereal encrusted french toast. Learn how to make fresh squeezed juices to accompany the meal.

THE ART OF BREAKFAST BY VILLAGE CORNER – $45

The Art of the Omelette, and how to make pancakes from scratch! We will be serving our Famous Bloody Mary, with wine based vodka to accompany your meal.
